Robert Half Technology is looking for a HelpDesk Analyst KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: Troubleshoot all level 1/2 calls from customers Ensure managed antivirus is functioning properly and up to date Ensure managed backups are functioning properly Work with the PM/Business Services Coordinator to ensure timely response to customer SLA's High regard for customer satisfaction Document all communication with customer in BSD Folder and Connectwise System Timely hand-off escalation of cases that require technical escalation to L2/L3 TAC Contribute to the knowledge base/tech forum 6 Months of basic networking Understanding of network monitoring tools-N-Central Self starter, interpersonal, communication skills, problem solving, with cost/benefit analysis in mind Debugging hardware and software system level problems in a multi-vendor, multi-protocol network environment Understanding TCP/IP and networking technologies, working knowledge of windows based operating systems Understand office suite Trouble shoot hardware Remotely troubleshoot software issues Troubleshoot and solve software issues including OS and program installs Interface with service partners such as Apple, Xerox for billing, parts, and advanced support. Tech support calls Identify parts and order as necessary
