Robert Half Technology is work with a fantastic fortune 500 company with an immediate need for a Helpdesk Technician. The helpdesk position is a full time contract to hire opportunity. Will be working in one of Las Vegas' fastest growing IT Departments. Technicians are the first line of contact for internal employees experiencing technical issues relating to computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, Point of Sale Systems, application and software support, network hardware. Will need to follow IT policy and best practices when working on resolving IT incident. Previous experience or training with ITIL methodology will be highly beneficial for incident handling and documentation. Will need to be able to work with end users in a courteous customer service focused manner. Need to flexible to work any shift, weekends or Holidays.
