We are looking for IT Support Analyst with at least 3 years experience. The role requires the facilitation of the effective working of all IT and communications infrastructure including: Local IT Support: Second and third level local support for Incidents and Problems, covering Workplace (computer, monitor, phone), Business Applications (MS Office suite, SAP, Web applications), Mobile devices (Android and iOS), Office solutions (Cisco Video Conferencing, printers, beamers, LAN, WiFi),Weekdays site presence between 8am and 5pm, and On-demand and pre-agreed site presence out of regular working hours. Good understanding and hands-on experience of computer related operating systems, including Active Directory, Windows server 2008/12, Windows 7 and Windows 10. Knowledge and experience of LAN inter-connection and the associated major protocols and topologies, including, Ethernet, TCP/IP, and voice over IP.
