Top 3 Needs for this Position: ·  The 3 "Ps"- positivity, productivity, professionalism ·  Tier 1/2 end user support ·  Minimum 2 years of experience   Description: · Support 70 users in house · Have to be very positive and professional · Must have a go getter attitude, with the initiative to start and handle projects · The ability to be flexible with hours and different tasks · Responsible for managing help desk tickets, resets passwords with Active Directory · Help manage the inventory/ assests management · Train employees on new softwares and updates · Help keep the documentation of the help desk tickets up to date etc · Set up conference rooms, basic A/V set up- projectors, ipads, conference phones · Windows 7/10 environment
