Help Desk Analyst III

We are looking for a help desk technician to add to their our client's team of 6 who can provide remote support to their other offices. Primary duties are handle around 10 tickets per day with primary issues consisting of users not connecting to their computers, vpn issues, active directory issues, troubleshooting of hardware and software. Needs to have good laid back personality who can come in and hit the ground running. Please email if you are interested.
