Help Desk III • Great communication skills as this person will be helping Customers consistently • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT field • Desktop Windows 7 and 10 • Basic knowledge of Windows 2008/2012 • Basic knowledge of infrastructure services: DNS, WINS, DHCP • The stronger the person is with troubleshooting Printers the better. They have HP printers in Seattle but this is subject to change. • Willing to be on call. Late April-October is their hot season Must be willing to travel to Alaska for 2 weeks in April of every year. Nice to have: • College degree • Dynamic AX • Mac book experience • Citrix Management • VM Ware • Windows Certifications • Office 365 • Publisher Office
