Help Desk Engineer II

My digital marketing client is looking for a Helpdesk II Engineer with a blended background in Windows and Mac. They are looking for someone with 2+ years rsquo; experience. This person must have experience with support both remote and on-site. They are looking for someone with experience in a high-end user environment. (White glove experience preferred, but not necessary.) This person must have good communication skills and customer service oriented. They do not require a bachelor rsquo;s degree but do look for someone with a CCMA Certification and MCSE Certification.

  • Blended background MAC/PC
  • Experience with Helpdesk on site and Remote
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Experience in high-end user environment
  • Imaging: NVT
  • Ticketing System-JIRA Service
  • Some network experience
  • Hardware troubleshooting

Technologies: Windows 10/7, NVT, JIRA Service, JAMF, MAC

Certification (not a must-have): CCMA/MCSE
