This company has been a loyal client of ours but they are also very specific. The candidates they like to full-time are people that have at least 1 or 2 years working experience at a customer service/tech support level. There is an assessment test that needs to be given to each candidate before submission. This determines almost more so than their resume whether the candidate will be a good fit for the job. By the way, a good point to bring up about the company that I think is pretty awesome, is they have nerf battles in their customer support department weekly. So nerds are welcome!!! – And a college degree is definitely welcomed as well. They like that.
