This role is a temporary to full time role that pays $15/hr. In this role you will be taking phone calls and chat requests to support customers with the clients proprietary software. This will entail, at times, troubleshooting of hardware, internet configurations, and operating system settings. Requirements are as follows:
- 1+ year of call center or phone based technical support experience
- Customer service oriented attitude
- Creative problem solving skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
