The Desktop Support Technician is the first point of contact for internal users, both on premise and remote. Working in a technical support role includes, but is not limited to: assisting users with a range of technical issues, the use of hardware and software as well as the enforcement and implementation of computer policies and procedures. Candidates must be knowledgeable of IT concepts, efficient, organized, self-motivated, and professional.
