This technical support position will answer inbound calls, emails and chat messages to provide Level One hardware and software support. In this role technical representatives will be responsible for troubleshooting systems administration issues such as software installations, operating systems, and password resets, etc...
Help Desk job responsibilities include:
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Answer inbound calls, chat messages and emails
High School diploma or equivalent required
At least three to six months of general IT experience
Customer service background
Must be able to support 24/7 operations
