Top Three Skills:
  • 5 years of experience managing a helpdesk AND call center environment; managing staffing model, creating schedules, and managing ticket resolution.
  • 5+ years of experience troubleshooting helpdesk issues, CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification would be a plus. There may be needs for this person to get on the phone to resolve issues from time to time.
  • Experience maintaining Knowledge Base information, including updating information, experience with Sharepoint to create documents would be a plus.

  • Additional Information:
  • 5+ years of helpdesk and call center troubleshooting experience
  • CompTIA A+ or Network+ Certification a plus
  • Experience managing and maintaining a Knowledge Base
  • Experience with Sharepoint for documentation would be a huge plus
  • Experience working with vendors
  • Experience managing people: performance reviews, disciplinary action when necessary
  • Experience with Infopoint for ticketing would be a plus, they will have training on this when starting
  • Bachelor's Degree or combination of Associates and 5+ years of experience
