Our client is based here in OKC and has an immediate need for a Tier 1 Help Desk Professionals to start right away. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for level 1 calls troubleshooting Microsoft/Windows issues along with proprietary software. Customer Service is key for this position and help desk experience is mandatory. Other duties include: taking initial telephone or email inquiries and troubleshooting and managing hardware, software or network problems. You will also need to be able to recognize and escalate more difficult problems to Tier 2 support. This is a great position for someone looking for more helpdesk experience in a large corporate environment. Technical Experience Needed: Outstanding customer service skills Excellent communication skills- written and oral Sharp troubleshooting skills Basic to mid-level understanding of TCP and networking.
