Robert Half Technology is searching for a Help Desk II Professional for our top client in West Los Angeles. Our client is in the Professional Services industry and supports multiple small to mid-sized businesses across LA. The Help Desk II Professional will be responsible for supporting various environments and technologies. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, experience with Windows 7/ 10, Windows Server 2008/2012 and Active Directory.
