The Help Desk Support job responsibilities:

Provide technical support to internal customers by resolving proprietary application and hardware problems
Document issues in detail for next level resolution
Manage escalation as needed
Engage with internal clients utilizing polished verbal and written communication to address support issues


Experience in a help desk enviornment managing a high volume of calls
Experience with: Active Directory, Microsoft exchange Application Support, Hardware/Networking equipment
Strong customer service and communication skills
