The right person for this role has helpdesk experience. IT certifications are highly desirable. Qualified applicant will have COMPTia A+, Network+, Security+ understanding, a drive to constantly improve oneself and his/her environment, and the ability to learn quickly and work consistently in a fast-paced environment. Highly efficient communication skills, written and oral, along with a personable demeanor are expected. You should have highly developed organizational skills, possess excellent time-management skills, work well with others and be productive if supervision is limited.
