Job Description

TEKsystems Nashville is looking for a Jr level help desk candidate for a six month contract-hire opportunity with a healthcare client. The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills and a great personality with a general understanding of Microsoft technologies. Windows OS's background is also a must. On a day to day basis the team receives around 40 tickets via incoming calls, emails and voicemails that come in the form of tickets.Typical issues are password related, setting up new printers, gaining access to share files, accessing phone on emails and general lack of IT savvy.

Typical calls into the Help Desk include but are not limited to password resets, Active directory permissions, EMR troubleshooting, outlook email troubleshooting, network connectivity, printer and peripheral setup, virus removal, and software/ hardware upgrades.

Job Requirements

1.) 2+ Years IT support experience for enterprise level clients using Windows 7 or newer

2.) Active Directory- Experience setting up new users, password resets and cleaning up permissions

3.) Experience setting up printers and other peripherals remotely
