Our client is currently looking for additional help desk technicians to join their team for an upcoming project!
There is a 4-6 training period and then technicians will be fielding calls on their own.
They are anticipating an increased call volume during those first few weeks of this new project and the new technicians will help field the calls. Could be anything from password resets, connection issues, hardware issues (which would be escalated) or issues within other departments and these reps would have to triage and hand off those calls to the correct department.
