Help Desk Tier 2/3 Technician Help Desk Technician supporting local and remote staff, via incoming calls and emails, and document issues and resolutions in a ticketing system. Occasional regional travel to remote sites for various support, it tasks and projects. Overall, tasks include but are not limited to - supporting computers, lan wan wlan, mobile devices, servers, phone systems, Microsoft and some 3rd party applications - field incoming calls, emails, responding to tickets - monitor help desk ticket queue - update customers on ticket progress and resolution - troubleshoot and resolve tickets or escalate higher tier problems if higher level support required - update and maintain asset inventory and personal allocation - diagnose and facilitate hardware repairs - install computer hardware - set up and deploy employees hardware and software including computers, mobile phones, accessories, etc - run and terminate utp cable - provide on call support as needed on rotation Required - Windows 10 - 7 Pro and Home - Office 2010 - 2016 Standard Pro - iOS Android - VoIP - Active Directory Beneficial - Active Directory - Windows Server 2012 - Symantec - BMC client manager - Linux - Exchange - SQL - IIS " please send resumes to Rob Allison at rob.allison@rht.com "
