Robert Half is looking for a Help Desk Technician in Jacksonville, FL with experience working in a MSP environment. As a result of our client's growth and IT demands, we have an ongoing Helpdesk support opportunity and we would like to partner with you! If you pride yourself on excellent customer service, problem resolution and enjoy making end users happy, we need to speak soon. The Helpdesk Support specialist will be the first line of support for all internal and external issues and request that are sent to the helpdesk. They will work directly on the helpdesk ticket or assign/escalate as needed. This person will also be required to perform additional workstation and account administration duties as needed.
