Robert Half Technology is looking for a help desk engineer to support local and field users for a rapidly growing company. This person will be responsible for equipment set up for office use, resolving escalated Help Desk tickets in a timely manner, and providing technical support to users remotely and in-office. Because this role is very visible within the company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the department and organization.
