TEKsystems is supporting a large, Enterprise level Client local to Wichita in bringing on Service Desk Technicians for DIRECT HIRE opportunities.

  • High Level of Customer Support Service experience (3 years or more)

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience providing IT service in a business environment.

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering or related field

  • Supporting a variety of applications and internal employees with Tier 1 related issues.
  • Escalation of issues when needed
