Robert Half Technology is hiring for a Help Desk Analyst with the ability to effectively communicate with executive staff and make adjustments to websites as needed. The opportunity is located in the East Bay with easy access to Bart, 580, 880, and highway 24. The culture is energetic with a positive vibe and people who want to make the world a better place. Do you think you have what it takes? Technical Skills: Support/Technical Support Specialist: Well versed troubleshooting in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress. PHP and enterprise Java a plus. 3-5 years' experience with customer service and technical support. Customer service with key Accounts is going to be critical. Experience with onboarding clients to a new technology tools greatly desired. Business level communication skills required.
