One of our legal clients is looking for a help desk technician.

This person will be part of a team of 9 that supports about 650 end users in the NY office. These openings are about 75-80% phone support and 20-25% desktop/floor support. This person will be supporting Windows 7, Mac OS X, MS Office 2010, Exchange/Outlook, Imanage/Interwoven Desksite document management, Blackberry, Iphones, Citrix, and VPN connections. Candidates must have great customer service skills because they will be supporting attorneys.

The shift for this role is Wednesday-Sunday, 4-midnight.
