Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 year of experience with
  • 6 months of experience conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • 6 months of experience in requirement gathering and writing user stories
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Marketing
  • Team Lead/Supervisory experience
  • Helpdesk experience
Professional Skills Requirements:
  • Passion for building user loyalty through exceptional listening and relationship building
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and metrics driven environment with proficient multitasking
  • Able to conduct analysis and make recommendations
  • Ability to navigate in a workflow environment with ability to create and understand process flows
  • Ability to provide user training and consultations
  • Ability to take ownership on special projects
