Job Description: Desktop Support Job The Desktop Support Job provides workplace first level support for the office and production area by maintaining, analyzing and troubleshooting technical hardware/software and computer peripherals (PC's, Notebooks, Printers, Scanners, phones, etc) within normal office hours by telephone and remote resolution support. The Onsite support technician also implements new hardware and solutions where required.
