Helpdesk/Desktop Support Analyst I

Provide guidance, assistance, coordination and follow-up on questions, problems or malfunctions of all computer-related hardware and business system application software.
Answer incoming support calls, emails and verbal requests for technical assistance
Document and track all activity on issues in a help desk system
Diagnose problems through research, isolation, and resolution
Escalate to or consult with subject matter experts when a solution is unclear
Train and consult with employees on using software and technology to solve business needs or problems
Learn and understand a complex IT environment and collect a strong basic knowledge of all systems, infrastructure and technologies.
