We are looking for 2 experienced Helpdesk/Desktop Support Technicians to work with a local client in Nashville. This will be a long term contract opportunity working in the Healthcare industry. The responsibilities for these roles are the following:
- Handle calls and tickets to troubleshoot MS Office, and network connectivity issues.
- Will be responsible for troubleshooting Hardware as well as software issues. They will also be supporting exchange.

-Experience with Active Directory is a plus.
