Helpdesk/Desktop Support Technician

This position would be providing desktop support to our customers located in Frankfort. Candidate will need to be able to work on Desktops, Laptops, Tablets and any type of mobile device. The Candidate may also be asked to assist with Server support, Switch Support and wiring. Prior work in a ticketing system is a plus, but not a must.

Daily/Weekly Job Duties
* Install and configure computer systems, hardware & peripherals
* Ensures timely and appropriate escalation actions for unresolved problems
* Provides advance support, troubleshooting and resolution for various technical issues involving: application software, special applications, printer hardware/drivers, desktop operating systems and hardware
* Document, track and monitor the issues to ensure timely resolution
* Assist in Asset Management, keeping an accurate count of all computers, computer software & related equipment
