Robert Half Technology is looking for a Helpdesk/Technical Support to support local and field users in a rapidly expanding company in the Hospitality industry. You must have a passion for solving problems in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment. Because this role is very visible within the company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the department and organization. Located in Las Vegas, Nevada, the Help Desk Analyst opportunity is a long term temporary role, possible contract to full time employment. Responsible for attempting to resolve service requests related to application support, network connectivity, hardware troubleshooting, password resets, printer issues and email support. Candidates should have at least two years current experience with troubleshooting PC hardware, network connectivity, Windows 7, 8 and 10. Experience installing, troubleshooting, and repairing Point of Sales systems is a plus. Experience using remote access tools to assist end-users. All candidates required to undergo background check.
