  • 1-2 years of experience in a call-center environment.
  • #1 criteria is customer service. White glove service from beginning to end.
  • Three shifts available: 5am-2pm, 9am-6pm, 12pm-9pm (Monday through Friday)
  • On-call rotation
  • 100% remote support (phone, email, Service Now ticketing system)

    Frequent support issues include: MS Office 2010 and 2013. Password reset. Permissions to access resources. Email distribution lists. Software not responding or acting up for standard applications (Nexus, JDEdwards, Angus, and proprietary browser-based applications etc.). Mobile device support. Remote access (VPN, Citrix, webmail). Closing and relaunching applications.
