Robert Half's client in Castro Valley is looking for a Helpdesk Support III Tech who can assist with the Windows 10 environment. They will be responsible for refurbishing new hardware, restoring data. helping write policies and procedures, SOPs, troubleshooting processes, provide pro-active maintenance, help set-up Desktop-pcs. Help establish best practices and keep an eye out for cost saving measures. Manage ISP contracts They will provide general support for a lost laptop and create guidelines around such an event, The support technician will be internal. The role will be 40 hours a week.
