The Quality Assurance Department acts as a preventative measure to secure that Capital One is in compliance with or exceeds all current laws, regulations, policies, procedures and customer experience applicable to the business.

Summary:

The Quality Assurance Department acts as a preventative measure to secure that Capital One is in compliance with or exceeds all current laws, regulations, policies, procedures and customer experience applicable to the business.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver accurate and timely Quality Assurance reporting to provide transparency to senior leadership

- Work directly with QA Managers to capture and track all scorecard changes
- Ensure high quality and delivery of audit results
- Provide Ad Hoc reports for Business Partners

- Build clear and effective decks for month-end executive meetings

- Responsible for reporting accurate QA rates and trends

- Send weekly trend updates to all business partners

- Build and manage tools to create process efficiencies

- Provide reporting to auditors on an ad-hoc basis

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification, or Military experience
  • At least 1 year mortgage servicing experience

  • 2 years MSP experience
  • 2 years mortgage servicing experience
