Description
The Hourly Talent Acquisition Manager provides oversight and leadership to the Hourly Talent Acquisition team, including implementing and maintaining operational processes to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The ability to support a diverse group of internal clients is essential to the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as liaison between Hourly Talent Acquisition Leadership Team, Human Resources and hiring managers
  • Contributes to the sourcing, screening and presenting of candidates to hiring managers with a focus on new business and mass/seasonal hiring
  • Coordinate with contingent labor team on strategy for hard to fill and temp to hire process
  • Manage second level escalations of Hiring Manager SLA compliance
  • Maintains defined Talent Acquisition lifecycle within the applicant tracking system including tracking/maintenance of candidate and requisition records
  • Recognize, recommend and implement process improvements around screening and recruitment
  • Motivate and empower the Hourly Talent Acquisition Team to reach organizational goals
  • Act as single point of contact for assigned special projects and assign team members accordingly
  • Conduct program analysis to ensure savings are being realized and anticipate growth opportunities; program analysis includes, but is not limited to: usage, compliance, & customer satisfaction
  • Manage and execute Workforce Development program including but not limited to monitoring partnership contracts, wage subsidies and reimbursement through the hourly recruiting program
  • Ensure that all hourly materials, i.e.: e-learning, webinars, policies and guidebook are updated and changes are communicated to the user community
  • Continually manage organizational change, to ensure customer satisfaction and program adoption in the field


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2 + years of recruiting experience from agency or other high volume hourly recruitment environment with experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g. iCIMS, Taleo, Kenexa, BrassRing)
  • Strong sourcing and candidate relationship building experience
  • Experience with researching, generating and successfully converting searches in a qualified candidate pool
  • Proven experience with current Talent Acquisition technologies such as internet sourcing tools, campaign management tools and networking/referral technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
