Position Summary: The housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary area on patient floors, public areas, and employee areas.
A. Licensure/Certification/Registration: NA
B. Education: Must be able to read and understand English for safety.
C. Experience: Housekeeping in the healthcare industry desirable.
D. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Must be able to work for an extended amount of time on your feet.. Must have both internal and external customer service skills. Able to work in a fast paced environment. Good organization skills is a must.
III. Degree of Supervision Required: Limited
IV. Orientation Period: 3 months
