Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a HR Admin in Blacksburg, VA. This is a long-term opportunity with a reputable company. The HR Admin is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with Senior HR Management.
Responsibilities for the HR Admin job include:
- First point of contact for employee questions regarding any HR related topics
- First point of contact for company guests, visitors and vendors
- Maintain HR records
- Complete orientation for new hires
- Assist and maintain payroll
- Assist with all aspects of administrative management
- Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in related Business/HR field
- Years experience 1-3
- Prefer experience in manufacturing environment
- General knowledge of employment and HR related laws, regulations, policies and and principles
