Manager will be asking candidates to bring in a sample of their work for the interview to show technical skills and creative mindset Location: role must be onsite 100%, no remote or travel Main Duties: An increased ask for Dashboard Reports in relation to the Talent Acquisition Space this will be picking-up already existing work as well as having to create and build out new directions of reporting working with a lot of manual reports and making them automated Must Have: previous experience with Kinexa/Brassring previous experience with building dashboards and automating reports intuitive and ability to understand hierarchies proven experience building out automated reports previous banking/FI experience Nice to Have: previous Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience data visualization experience i.e. Tableau Summary: Supporting the Data and Analytics Reporting Team, the HR reporting analyst will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering recruiting reports, dashboards, recruiting metrics, and perform analytics with a specific focus on the Talent Acquisition Portfolio. Job Responsibilities: Deliver high quality, timely, accurate, and regular and ad hoc Talent Acquisition data reporting and analytics Conducts complete analysis including data gathering and validation Independently gathers and presents data and information. Acts as an expert in the area of Talent Acquisition by conducting research, leveraging best practices and understanding evolving trends. Acts as a data-driven storyteller, a developer and tracker of key insights, and can illuminate key performance indicators to management. Develops a knowledge of Talent Acquisition business practices, workflow analysis, business systems, systems testing procedures and troubleshooting in TA applications and their relationships. Skills: Technical / systems knowledge, experience and capabilities required with direct exposure to database management and data visualization reporting tools. Tableau experience a plus. Experience with Human Resource Management Systems. PeopleSoft preferred. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems. Kenexa preferred. Proven analytical capability and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently research, assess, interpret and validate data and to make connections with identified data patterns. Advanced in Microsoft Office products (SharePoint, Access, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Word). Specifically, the ability to develop macros and produce automated solutions. High degree of personal integrity and sound judgment, with an ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize discretion while working with sensitive executive and employee information Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree (Business/Data Analytics preferred) Three (3+) years' experience in a data analytics function. Human Resources preferred. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to assemble, organize, examine and present significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Experience extracting and analyzing data using a variety of enterprise reporting tools and data sources (Kenexa, PeopleSoft/Cognos, SQL, Tableau, Business Objects, Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE), Cognos). Must Have: •3+ years' experience in creating high quality, timely, accurate, and relevant regular and ad hoc HR data reporting and analytics. •3+ years with Microsoft Access/Excel ( Super user) •3+ years' experience with human capital data & analytics and/or with Human Capital systems •High degree of personal integrity and sound judgment, with an ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize discretion while working with sensitive executive and employee information. •Proven analytical capability and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently research, assess, interpret and validate data and to make connections with identified data patterns •Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities and deliver effectively on ad hoc requests. •Naturally collaborative and motivated by working a team agenda, with the motivation and ability to work independently as required, e.g. autonomously recommending and implementing process improvements. •High attention to detail and high standards for precision in deliverables and execution. •Bachelor's Degree To Apply: Apply Online by selecting "Apply Now" so your resume will be sent directly to the recruiter.
