A large healthcare organization near Pasadena is looking for a temporary Human Resources Assistant/Coordinator. As the HR Coordinator you will be supporting the HR department with onboarding, new hire paperwork, scheduling interviews and various other administrative tasks. Moreover, the HR Coordinator may be asked to help within other aspects of human resources such as benefits and payroll. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of recruiting or human resources experience. Prior experience in healthcare is strongly preferred. Right now this is a temporary role for a few months, however for the right candidate there is a chance this can go temporary to full-time.
