OfficeTeam is actively looking for a professional and results-orientated HR Assistant for a reputable SF Advertising Agency. This candidate will be supporting typical HR duties as well as providing additional administrative assistance when and where needed. This is both a challenging yet rewarding position that is temporary at the moment, but there is an opportunity for the role to become permanent! JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the new hire process from beginning to end for all new employees, including creating offer letters, collecting new hire paperwork and facilitating the new hire orientation Monitor and report on critical HR metrics such as attrition, headcount, trainings, etc. Assist in the development and implementation of various HR policies and procedures; prepare and maintain policies and procedures manuals and documents Collaborate with the HR and recruiting teams to improve upon existing programs and contribute to strategy around finding and attracting top talent
