Job Duties of the HR assistant are as follows: •Establish and maintain all employee files •Ensure file compliance for all project/client contractual requirements •Document and track compliance for auditing •Perform self-audits and facilitate monthly and yearly client audits •Prepare mailing labels and packages •Maintain high level of confidentiality of all documents and employee records •Will provide support for other HR functions as needed •Provide administrative support to the HR department including data entry in various HR Systems. •Complete verbal and written employment verifications. •Coordinate employee termination process.
