Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an HR Assistant position in Superior, WI. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity. As an HR Assistant you will be responsible for calling applicants and facilitating prescreening activities. Apply Now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Responsibilities for this HR Assistant position include:

  • -Keeping electronic and paper files up to date and organized

  • -Answering phones and taking messages

  • -Preparing onboarding paperwork

  • -Calling and prescreening applicants

  • -Preparing new employee files

  • -Assisting the manager with HR projects

  • -Other tasks as assigned

  • Qualifications:

  • -Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality

  • -Must possess strong interpersonal skills

  • -Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally

  • -Ability to organize and prioritize work

  • -Must have excellent customer skills and be able to multi-task and have great attention to detail

  • -General office experience including experience with computers (MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred

  • -Previous HR experience preferred and/or coursework in Human Resources or related field

  • Hours are Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. Compensation is $12 per hour.
