This position will report to the Senior HRBP in support of the Company's Technology & Operations and Global Marketing organizations.

Business Partnership
  • Serve as the point of contact for all client inquiries and issue resolutionExecute all activities supporting the HRBP's with respect to the Talent Management Agenda and programs including Talent Reviews & Succession Planning materials, data maintenance, reporting, and analysis
  • Partner with HRBP, managers and the Compensation team in reviewing and completing job descriptions and evaluationsSupport HRBPs in driving Performance Management programs and annual compensation cycle, to ensure decisions are consistent with talent strategies
  • Consult with Compensation Specialists on salary recommendations as neededWork with managers to coordinate the processing of all requisitions with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure adherence to headcount plan

 HR Administration & Coordination
  • Serve as a point of contact on HR questions and issues raised by managers and staff.
  • Identify opportunities to familiarize LOB managers with HR Technology, e.g. Workday self- service tools and reporting.
  • Ensure HR transactions, reports and records are created and maintained, in compliance with established procedures.
  • Work with Managers, HRBP, Controllers, and HR processing areas to ensure client information is accurate, in support of headcount management.

 Reporting and Analysis
  • In partnership with HRBP, helps to identify data & analytics needs and partner with HRIS team to develop and update reports as neededWork with HRIS to respond to requests for custom & adhoc reporting and analysis needed to support the clientAssist the HRBPs in preparing analyses, executive summaries and insights on workforce trends including turnover, diversity, mobility etc. for distribution to client teams 
  • Process Improvement and InnovationUnderstand HR processes beyond the HRBP team, identify & escalate opportunities for improvement that support client goals & objectives, a better client experience, and are aligned with the HR strategy and objectives. 

Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or a related field
  • Minimum seven years of human resources experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate efficiently and effectively through various modes and with all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and influence others
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to develop initiatives, answer questions and solve problems
  • Propensity to think outside the box and leverage all available resources to find solutions to complex problems
  • Possesses high level of skill sin handling sensitive and confidential situations/information with the demonstrated ability to maintain strict confidentiality 
  • Previous experience with an HRIS and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  •  Desired SkillsAbility to prioritize and plan work activities, using time efficiently to complete tasks and projectsDemonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality
