Strong vendor management skills
- Intermediate ¿ advanced Excel skills
- Knowledgeable in the areas of general HR law, open enrollment, LOA (FMLA, and state leave law)
- Experience in CDHP (consumer driven health plans), HSA (health saving accounts) and benefits billing
- Can work in a fast paced environment and stay highly organized
- An analytical thinker, able to problem solve, review and administer company programs
- Workday exp preferred some HR system knowledge is required
