The purpose of this position is to provide HR support to the Americas Operations organization that includes creating a client human capital plan (workforce, talent, learning) based on business strategy and objectives. This also includes organization design and operating model development, coordinating cross-discipline HR resources to address human capital challenges and opportunities, and change leadership that fosters awareness, engagement, and action in response to corporate and business change events. Our role in HR is to lead and enable the enterprise to drive behaviors, performance and culture expected of a world class organization. This will be accomplished by aligning our culture to the company’s strategy and vision, promoting the overall health of our organization, revolutionizing the way we attract, develop and retain talent, and fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
