Provide strategic HR and people management support, advice and consultative services to business leaders enabling them to make informed business decisions. This position is aligned with Business Unit or Functional Leaders. Be aligned to a BU and/or function and deliver HR solutions to meet leaders' needs. Understand the business environment, strategy and people implications. Provide people management coaching to business leaders and develop new leaders. Develop and drive employee engagement. Ensure diverse succession plans in place for key leadership positions. Help design organizations that are diverse and highly efficient and effective. Champion performance and talent management processes with-in customer groups. Work with HR Services to resolve complex employee relations issues. Partner with Centers of Expertise to design and deliver business required programs. Drive implementation of function-wide HR programs. Lead and facilitate change management with-in BU or function. Help leaders interpret people metrics for their BU or function. Drive talent acquisition strategies to source key diverse talent into the organization. Develop annual people plan, in-line with business priorities, goals and inititiatives Develop and Execute CCE Market Unit people strategy, HR plan, budget and HR priorities. Interpret and communicate global HR solutions for local market unit Provide consultative support, advice and solutions on all people related subjects, in conjunction with COE and HR Services. Utilize tools / knowledge / informational sources to identify business trends and ensure appropriate (COE) solutions are in place to support the business. Support the HR Service Delivery model by working effectively with HR Services and COE's. Manage labor and employee relations activities through effective management and communication.
Required Bachelor's Degree, Human Resources or related field Minimum 5 years exempt-level Human Resource experience Minimum 3 years HR Leadership experience Preferred Post-graduate degree or MBA 7 years exempt-level Human Resource experience Previous consumer goods, manufacturing or distribution experience Previous experience working in a union environment, specifically, developing labor strategy, handling contract negotiations and grievances.
