Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a current HR Clerk job in Culver City. This is a long-term temporary opportunity. As an HR Clerk you will perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers. Responsibilities for this HR Clerk job include:
¿ Sets up and maintains employee personnel files and other personnel records;
¿ Accurately inputs employee data into the system; insuring system data integrity.
¿ Responsible for file maintenance, such as archiving, creating, destroying and searching for files.
¿ Adhere to strict rules of confidentiality.
¿ Responsible for responding to employment verification and unemployment requests.
¿ Conduct New Temp Orientation.
¿ Perform other moderate clerical, general office and customer service duties.
¿ Performs related duties similar to the above scope and functions as required.
¿ Input time keeping for payroll.
¿ High school or equivalent
¿ Required experience:
¿ Human Resources Department Background: 1-2 years
¿ Bilingual in Spanish (Must)
Pay for this position is $12-15 hr DOE plus overtime as needed. This is a long-term temporary opportunity.
