Provide human resource support by responding to employee inquiries and concerns regarding, coordinating the selection and employment process including posting jobs, scheduling tests, conducting prescreens and coordinating interviews, and delivering new-hire orientation, and performing administrative functions
Requires morning, afternoon, and evening availability any day of the week.
High school diploma or equivalent.
6 months experience as a Lowe's store associate and skill in word processing and spreadsheet software OR
1 year experience in an office administrator, human resources, or supervisory role and skill in word processing and spreadsheet software OR
Coursework toward an Associate's Degree or Certificate program in Human Resources or Business Administration and skill in word processing and spreadsheet software.
1 year administrative or human resources experience in a retail environment.
1 year experience in staffing including prescreening candidates, scheduling candidates, interviewing, and/or onboarding.
1 year experience in a Human Resources Generalist role.
Skill using Human Resources software such as PeopleSoft or Kronos.
Completion of an Associate's Degree or Certificate program in Human Resources or Business Administration.
1 year retail experience at any other big-box retailer.
