Adecco is assisting a localClient andrecruiting for an HR Coordinator (Administrative) to work for the client in Oak Hills, CA. This position is for Adecco's large Global Client who makes a variety of products from medical and office supplies and electronic circuitry. It is a great opportunity with a well-established company and offers a competitive W-2 compensation and benefits package.

Length of W-2 position: 12+ Months contract with possible extension based on Business Need

Pay Rate: $17.90 / Hour W-2 with Candidate benefits package available

Position is a support role.
Provide seamless client service in partnership with the recruiting consultant to include conducting
all compliance checks prior to requisition posting, offer data review, hiring manager assistance with system
support in a high volume, fast paced recruiting environment.

This position will be responsible for but not limited to the following specific duties.
Provide professional recruiter support and customer service hiring
managers and job seekers (internal/external);
Assist hiring managers and jobseekers with system navigation and
Consult with recruiters, hiring managers and human resources to ensure compliance with local
law and regulations as well as applicable 3M policies
Prepare and analyze detailed quarterly business recruitment reports/metrics;
Presentations to 3M Leadership
Coordinate candidate in-person and phone interviews;
Active participation on project teams as assigned;
Assist the recruiting consultant with
dispositioning of candidates;
May support on-boarding and global diversity activities/events as well as career fairs.

Follows a variety of clearly defined procedures within functional disciplines such as benefits, compensation,
staffing, organizational development, employee relations, operations, etc. Generally, assignments are made up
of a series of activities and tasks to be completed by using general application of established guidelines and
procedures. The scope for discretion requires applying individual reasoning to deviate from standard techniques
and practices. The work priorities are defined with the supervisor. Incumbent is expected to offer suggestions
for improvement to methods and processes.

Provides "how-to" instructions and answers questions on work processes within the same work group.
Handles routine problems requiring solutions that are based on assembly and examination of readily available
facts and past experience in similar situations. Most solutions can be found by determining the best approach
from several existing options. Most complex problem solving may include choosing the appropriate solution
from several options.
Has a moderate impact on the support activities of the direct work group/team. May begin to impact
achievement of the job's work group goals.
Influence is indirect and supportive in nature with limited accountability beyond the position. Working tasks
might include: Records meeting minutes and prepares summary of proceedings, Maintains the employee
information system, Update and audit HR and payroll records, Responds to phone calls, Sets up the personnel
files and databases for contract employees
