Human Resources Global Development Program - China
Location: First year in US followed by roles in China
The Owens Corning Human Resources Global Development Program for China provides an opportunity for highly qualified and motivated candidates to engage in a dynamic learning experience while participating in our company's purpose: Our People and Products Make the World a Better Place. As a program participant, you will be working on key assignments within a world class Human Resource department. This program begins with a year-long assignment at a site in the United States, followed by various roles with Human Resources in China. This program prepares participants for permanent positions in China.
The Human Resources Global Development Program (HRDP) is designed to build a pipeline of leadership talent to support our rapid growth agenda in the Asia/Pacific region. We are looking to recruit, develop and retain high potential masters' graduates, who possess the human resource skills, motivation and mobility to develop into Human Resource leaders at Owens Corning. The program consists of a year-long assignment within the Human Resources function in the United States, followed by a rotation in China. The rotations provide participants the opportunity to work in all facets of the HR organization and develop relationships with senior HR leaders. Each rotation will provide a different set of learning
and developmental opportunities in different geographical locations across the globe.

Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Administration with an overall G.P.A. of 3.2 or higher.
