Performs filing, photocopying and general clerical support to ensure accurate and timely filing of records.

Education/Experience: High School graduate or G.E.D.

Skills/Abilities:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.

Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, employees and the general public.

Ability to handle a wide variety of situations in a friendly, helpful and professional manner when dealing with employees, co-workers and the general public.

Ability to work harmoniously in a small work environment.
